目的 :探讨大鼠P3b电位的模型建立及其形成机制 ,为人类P3b电位的研究提供动物模型及研究资料。方法 :记录颅骨内、海马CA1区的P3b电位且同步记录相应脑区细胞放电。结果 :在海马CA1区记录到的P3b电位形成期正是细胞放电高峰期。结论 :海马CA1区细胞在靶声刺激后的细胞放电高峰是P3b电位产生的重要机制。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the establishment of rat model of P3b potential and its mechanism of formation and to provide animal models and research materials for the study of human P3b potential. Methods: P3b potential in the CA1 area of the skull and hippocampus was recorded and the cell discharges of the corresponding brain regions were simultaneously recorded. Results: P3b potential recorded in the hippocampal CA1 region was at the peak of cell discharge. Conclusion: The peak of cell discharge in hippocampal CA1 cells after target acoustic stimulation is an important mechanism of P3b potential generation.
