目的:分析米索前列醇在绝经的妇女取宫内节育器(IUD)术中的应用。方法:将50例绝经半年以上要求取IUD的患者为实验组,术前2～3 h阴道内置入米索前列醇200μg,50例在取IUD时未服用任何辅助药为对照组。结果:取环成功率实验组为100%,对照组为72%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:米索前列醇能有效作用于绝经后妇女子宫,使手术容易操作,减轻受术者痛苦,提高取IUD成功率。
Objective: To analyze the application of misoprostol in postmenopausal women with intrauterine device (IUD). Methods: Fifty patients who required IUD for more than half a year after menopause were selected as the experimental group. 200μg of misoprostol was intravaginally administered within 2 to 3 hours before operation. Fifty patients without IUD were enrolled as control group. Results: The successful rate of loop extraction was 100% in the experimental group and 72% in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). Conclusion: Misoprostol can effectively act on the uterus of postmenopausal women, making the operation easy to operate, reducing the suffering of the surgeon and increasing the success rate of taking IUD.
