最近,胡锦涛等中央领导同志就领导干部树立正确的政绩观,作出了一系列重要论述。胡锦涛总书记指出:“要教育领导干部树立正确的政绩观,包括正确看待政绩、科学衡量政绩”。温家宝总理指出:“各级党委、政府和各级领导干部,要真正树立与科学的发展观相适应的政绩观”。树立和落实正确的政绩观,不仅影响着领导干部的健康成长,更关系到党和国家的事业发展,关系到党在人民群众中的威信和形象。为了认真学习和贯彻落实中央领导同志的重要讲话精神,教育引导各级领导干部牢固树立和落实科学的发展观和正确的政绩观,本期我们推出一组文章,邀请不同部门、不同层次的领导干部,围绕“什么是政绩、为谁创造政绩、如何创造政绩和衡量政绩”这一主题,集中进行讨论交流,以引起各级领导干部对“树立正确的政绩观”这个重大问题的关注和思考,在用正确的政绩观武装头脑、指导实践、推动工作上有新的收获。
