通过对维甲酸诱导的人肺腺癌细胞系GLC-82 cDNA消减文库的筛选,获得2个特异存在于维甲酸诱导1天cDNA文库中的cDNA片段RA97及RA107,测序后与最新GenBank提供的序列比较,RA97与人22号染色体长臂13区PAC408N23同源性很强,其中一段(约600bp)与PACA08N23完全同源,此片段与可能的肿瘤抑制基因SNC6同源性也相当强,其中一段(约350bp)与SNC6完全同源,提示这一cDNA片段可能与肿瘤发生有一定关系。RA107与多种基因部分同源,可能是某一基因超家族的一员。
By screening the subtracted library of human lung adenocarcinoma cell line GLC-82 induced by retinoic acid, two cDNA fragments RA97 and RA107 that specifically exist in the 1-day cDNA library induced by retinoid acid were obtained, and sequenced with the latest GenBank provided sequence. In comparison, RA97 is highly homologous to human PAC408N23 in chromosome 13 of the long arm of human chromosome 22. One segment (approximately 600 bp) is completely homologous to PACA08N23. This fragment is also strongly homologous to the possible tumor suppressor gene SNC6, one of which ( Approximately 350bp) is completely homologous to SNC6, suggesting that this cDNA fragment may have a relationship with tumorigenesis. RA107 is homologous to many genes and may be a member of a certain gene superfamily.
