目的研究转化生长因子βⅡ型受体(TGF-βRⅡ)在胰腺癌组织中的表达情况,探讨其临床病理意义。方法应用免疫组化SP法结合微波抗原修复法检测50例胰腺癌和38例非胰癌组织(胰腺良性病变及正常组织)中TGF-βRⅡ表达情况。结果TGF-βRⅡ在胰腺癌组织中表达阳性率为96%(48/50),在非胰腺癌组织中表达阳性率为100%(38/38)。两者在统计学上差别无意义,但在表达的强度上存在差异。TGF-βRⅡ在胰腺癌组织中等强度以上表达率为70%(35/50),明显低于非胰腺癌组织100%(38/38)(P<0.01)。TGF-βRⅡ在胰腺癌中的表达强度随着组织分化程度的降低而降低(P<0.01)。结论TGF-βRⅡ低表达可能与胰腺癌的发生有关。TGF-βRⅡ的表达强度与胰腺癌的组织分化密切相关。
Objective To investigate the expression of transforming growth factor-β type II receptor (TGF-βRII) in pancreatic cancer and explore its clinicopathological significance. Methods The expression of TGF-βRII in 50 cases of pancreatic cancer and 38 cases of non-pancreatic cancer (benign lesions of the pancreas and normal tissues) was detected by immunohistochemical SP method combined with microwave antigen retrieval. Results The positive expression rate of TGF-βRII was 96% (48/50) in pancreatic cancer tissues, and 100% (38/38) in non-pancreatic cancer tissues. There is no statistical difference between the two, but there is a difference in the intensity of the expression. The expression rate of TGF-βRII in moderate-intensity pancreatic cancer was 70% (35/50), which was significantly lower than that in non-pancreatic cancer (100%, 38/38) (P<0.01). The intensity of TGF-βRII expression in pancreatic cancer decreased as the degree of tissue differentiation decreased (P<0.01). Conclusion The low expression of TGF-βRII may be related to the occurrence of pancreatic cancer. The intensity of TGF-βRII expression is closely related to the tissue differentiation of pancreatic cancer.
