作者对宪法解释的含义、宪法制度的必要性以及我国宪法体制与西方国家宪法进行比较,鲜明地指出了我国宪法解释的特点以及完善宪法解释制度的一点建议。
The author’s interpretation of the constitution, the necessity of the constitutional system and the constitutional system of our country are compared with the constitutions of the western countries. The author clearly points out the characteristics of our constitutional interpretation and some suggestions on how to perfect the constitutional interpretation system.
