《幼儿园教育指导纲要》中要求幼儿园必须在重视幼儿身体健康的同时,高度重视幼儿的心理健康。所谓幼儿心理健康是指心理发展达到相应年龄组幼儿的正常水平,情绪积极,性格开朗,无心理障碍,对环境有较快的适应能力。在幼儿园除了许多聪明漂亮、活泼可爱的小精灵外,也存在着少部分的弱势群体,他们性格孤僻、不合群,对于小班幼儿来说更有一部分幼儿语言有障碍,导致很难接近自己的同伴和老师。对于语言发展有障碍的幼儿,作为老师就更应该用爱来呵护他们,关注他们、帮助他们,促进其健康发展。
