带状疱疹是临床常见疾病,目前尚无特效治疗方法。笔者用维生素B_12针液与龙胆紫交替外涂治疗带状疱疹21例,取得显著疗效,报道如下: 筛选具有起病迅速,局部灼痛明显;沿神经分布呈单侧群集性丘疱疹;神经痛为临床特点的病例37例。病变部位多在胸背、颈部,1例在右额部三叉神经眼支分布范围。随机分为治疗组21例,男12例,女9例,年龄27～81岁;对照组16例,男8例,女8例,年龄25～71岁。
