本文通过测量TiO_2半导体超微粒子的吸收光谱、荧光光谱和激发光谱以及荧光寿命。研究表面化学修饰的TiO_2超微粒子的光学性质,讨论了量子尺寸效应,偶极效应和介电环境效应对TiO_2超微粒子光学性质的影响。同体相TiO_2材料相比,表面包覆一层表面活性剂分子的TiO_2超微粒子的吸收光谱明显地向长波方向移动。并且在室温下可观察到它们的光致发光。
In this paper, the absorption, fluorescence and excitation spectra and fluorescence lifetime of TiO_2 semiconductor ultrafine particles were measured. The optical properties of the surface modified TiO 2 ultrafine particles were investigated. The effects of quantum size effect, dipole effect and dielectric environment effect on the optical properties of the TiO 2 ultrafine particles were discussed. Compared with the bulk TiO 2, the absorption spectrum of the TiO 2 ultrafine particles coated with a layer of surfactant obviously moves to the long-wave direction. And their photoluminescence was observed at room temperature.
