Autoimmune thrombocytopenicpurpura with hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection in our clinical work have seen an increase. In the last 5 years in our hospital, we have 14 cases of these patients and 16 cases of adult idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) patients hospitalized in the same period.
