建立了反相高效液相色谱法测定精力来胶囊中淫羊藿甙含量的方法，固定相：YWGC_(18)柱，4．6mm（i．d．）×250mm；流动相：水－乙腈（70∶30）；检测波长；270nm；淫羊藿甙的平均回收率为98．38％。本法简便、快速、重现性好，为精力来胶囊的质量控制提供了可靠的检测手段。
A method for the determination of epimedium content in capsules by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography was established. The stationary phase was YWGC_(18) column, 4.6 mm (i.d.)×250 mm; mobile phase: water-acetonitrile ( 70:30); detection wavelength; 270 nm; average recovery of epimedium was 98.38%. This method is simple, rapid, and reproducible. It provides a reliable detection method for the quality control of capsules.
