针对普通无固相完井液粘度、切力小 ,携砂悬砂能力差 ,热稳定性差等问题 ,研究出改性魔芋粉无固相完井液。该完井液 pH值为 8~ 9,表观粘度在 30~ 45mPa·s之间 ,屈服值在 8~ 1 2Pa之间 ,API失水可控制在 1 0mL以下 ,岩心渗透率恢复值大于 80 %。热滚 90℃ ,8h前后性能基本无变化 ;热滚 80℃ ,1 6h ,钻屑回收率为 84 3%。该完井液抗NaCl侵为 3% ;抗海水侵为 1 0 % ;抗劣土侵为 5% ,研究表明改性魔芋粉具有推广应用前景。
Aiming at the problems such as the viscosity of common non-solid completion fluid, the small shear force, the poor ability of carrying suspended sand and the poor thermal stability, a modified solid konjac flour-free completion fluid was developed. The completion fluid has a pH value of 8-9, an apparent viscosity of 30-45 mPa · s, a yield value of 8-1.2 Pa, an API water loss control of less than 10 mL, and a core permeability recovery value of greater than 80 %. Hot roll 90 ℃, 8h basically no change in performance; roll 80 ℃, 16h, drill cuttings recovery rate of 84 3%. The completion fluid resistance to NaCl invasion is 3%; resistance to seawater invasion is 10%; resistance to poor soil invasion is 5%, studies have shown that modified konjac flour has the promotion and application prospects.
