实验取7只离体豚鼠心脏,用1:4000的心复康Ⅳ号液灌流1分钟后,冠脉流量增加等同性,取 Wistar 大鼠62只分3组分别用心复康Ⅳ号液、心得安、生理盐水灌胃,然后注射脑垂体后叶素,注射后5″~5′的心电图显示:心电图改变及抗 pit 性心肌缺血的作用心复康Ⅳ号组接近心得安组,而远优于生理盐水组;取家兔23只分为假手术、结扎、心复康Ⅳ号及心得安4组,测定心肌耗氧量,两两比较结果显示心复康Ⅳ号及心得安组耗氧量明显降低.提示心复康Ⅳ号能够增加冠脉流量及提高抗心肌缺血缺氧能力.
Seven isolated hearts of isolated guinea pigs were perfused for 1 minute with 1:4000 Xinfukang IV solution. The coronary flow was increased by equivalence. 62 Wistar rats were divided into 3 groups and treated with Xinfukang IV solution. Saline and normal saline were intragastrically administered, and then pituitrin was injected. The electrocardiogram of 5′′~5′after injection showed: the effect of electrocardiogram change and anti-pit myocardial ischemia. Xinfukang IV group was close to propranolol group, but far Better than saline group; 23 rabbits were divided into sham operation, ligation, Xinfukang IV and propranolol 4 groups, myocardial oxygen consumption was measured, and the results of the comparison between the two groups showed Xinfukang IV and propranolol group consumption. Oxygen significantly decreased. It is suggested that Xinfukang IV can increase coronary flow and improve anti-myocardial ischemia and hypoxia.
