嗜酸粒细胞白血病系粒细胞白血病一种亚型,甚为罕见,国内仅报道10余例,现将我院收治1例,报告如下。患者,男,20岁,住院号210479,因头昏,皮肤出血点伴发热10天,于1985年9月16日入院。体格检查,T37℃,P90次/分,R16次/分,血压16/8kPa(120/60mm 汞柱)。贫血貌,未发现皮下包块,双腋下可触及多个蚕豆大小的淋巴结。胸前可见数个出血点。巩膜无黄染,咽正常。胸骨明显压痛,心肺正常。肝肋下2cm,脾
