目的分析评价分层级护理管理模式在现代医院中应用的效果。方法我院自2012年起开始实施分层级护理管理模式,将2012年至2015年间的300份护理资料作为观察组,2009年至2012年间的300份护理资料作为对照组,观察比较两组的护理技术能力、病情管理能力、沟通能力、护理质量及临床服务满意度。结果观察组的护理技术能力评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的病情管理能力评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的沟通能力评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理质量评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的临床服务满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在现代医院中应用分层级护理管理模式能够有效提高护理人员的综合素质及护理质量,使患者满意,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze and evaluate the effect of hierarchical nursing management in modern hospitals. Methods A total of 300 nursing data from 2012 to 2015 were used as the observation group and 300 nursing data from 2009 to 2012 as the control group in our hospital since 2012. The clinical data of the two groups Nursing skills, condition management skills, communication skills, quality of care and clinical service satisfaction. Results The scores of nursing skills in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05). The score of disease management ability in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05) Group’s communication ability score was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); the observation group’s nursing quality score was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); observation group’s clinical services Satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of hierarchical nursing management model in modern hospitals can effectively improve the overall quality of nursing staff and nursing quality, so that patients are satisfied and worthy of clinical promotion.
