在半夏成熟叶片的初代培养中,使用0.25~0.5%的活性碳对材料褐变有抑制作用;而加入活性碳对半夏试管苗根的伸长有促进,但不同浓度差异不显著;0.05~0.25%的活性碳能降低半夏玻化苗率,1%的活性碳则对苗的生长有抑制。
In the primary culture of Mature Pinellia ternata, 0.25-0.5% of activated carbon was used to inhibit the browning of the material. However, the addition of activated carbon promoted the elongation of the root of Pinellia ternata seedlings, but the difference was not significant. 0.05 ~ 0.25% activated carbon can reduce the rate of transplanting seedlings and 1% activated carbon can inhibit the growth of seedlings.
