运用多元统计和多因素方差分析方法,对云烟品牌卷烟主体原料所用的红花大金元(下简称“红大”)、K326、云烟87和云烟85共计4个品种200个样品的主要致香成分进行了分析,并构建了烟叶致香成分的旋转因子综合评价模型。结果表明,不同品种所提取7个因子的致香成分信息量均在60%以上,且组成不同品种第一因子的致香成分差异明显;不同品种烤烟上部叶的差异主要集中在酚类物质上,中部叶的差异主要集中在醇类和酚类物质上。酚类化合物的差异是红花大金元与其他品种的主要差异。
