“港城名师工作室”——李其柱中学生物工作室是连云港市生物教师成长研究的平台,是生物教师交流思想、反思问题、合作研究和创生智慧的中心。课题组依托工作室探讨教师成长的思路和策略,构建教师成长的生态环境,发挥名师、专家资源的研究性、示范性和凝聚性,设计构建多层次的互动、协作式的成长平台,充分激发和挖掘教师个体和群体的发展潜能,实现教师成长的可持续发展,促进港城教育教学水平和教科研水平的不断提升。
“Plan of Hong Kong City Master Studio” - Li Qizhu Middle School Biology Workshop is a platform for the growth of Biology Teachers in Lianyungang City. It is the center for Biology teachers to exchange ideas, reflect issues, collaborate on research and create wisdom. Based on the studio’s ideas and strategies for the growth of teachers, the research group builds the ecological environment for teachers’ growth, displays the research, demonstration, and cohesion of teachers and experts, and designs and builds a multi-level interactive and collaborative growth platform that fully stimulates. And tap the development potential of individual and group teachers, realize the sustainable development of teachers’ growth, and promote the continuous improvement of education and teaching level and teaching and research level in Hong Kong City.
