我厂釉面砖塑坯成型是靠30吨压力机加工的,生产任务重,连续作业。任何一台设备或某一主要零部件发生故障,都会给整个生产带来影响,使经济蒙受损失。针对这种情况,我们在如何利用可靠性工程理论来掌握压力机初期运行的故障规律,确定最佳检修周期,使压力机在一定时间内无故障工作方面进行了初步探讨。 1.研究设备的可靠度,掌握压力机故障规律 设备的可靠度是系统或设备无故障工作到达某一规定时间(t)的概率,用R(t)表示。研究设备的可靠度,必须掌握设备发生故障的规律及其分布曲线的特征。压力机在前期使用过程中,多半零件是发生偶发性损坏而出现故障。此时,平均故障率λ与平均寿命m之间的关系式为λ=1/m。设备处于偶发故障期内的可靠度公式为R(t)=e~(-1/m) 。要作出压力机使用的可靠度曲线,必须首先计算其平均寿命m的数值。于是,我们
