目前辉南县水利综合经营项目已由过去单纯的养龟发展到林、果、参和工副业、家庭养殖业、商业、旅游业等种养结合、工农商结合多项目并举的格局,管理水平及经济效益逐渐提高,经营机制得到深化和完善,但思想认识还需提高,缺乏人材及资金,针对存在问题提出对策:(1)提高抓水利综合经营的认识,增强紧迫感;(2)加强领导,引进人材;(3)开发新项目,增强发展后劲;(5)强化管理,提高管理水平;(5)强化职工的思想政治工作,坚持两个文明一起抓。
