目的:建立测定复方白蒺藜片中阿魏酸含量的HPLC分析方法。方法:采用70%甲醇加热回流提取阿魏酸,Intersil ODS-3柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈∶0.05%磷酸溶液=17∶83,流速1.0 ml/min,检测波长316 nm。结果:阿魏酸分离度良好,在0.020 72~0.331 52μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 8),平均加样回收率为95.85%(RSD=1.56%)。结论:该方法简便准确,可用于复方白蒺藜片中阿魏酸的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of ferulic acid in Compound Baizhu Tribulus Tablets. Methods: The ferulic acid was extracted with 70% methanol by refluxing on a Intersil ODS-3 column (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile: 0.05% phosphoric acid solution = 17:83, the flow rate was 1.0 ml / 316 nm. Results: The separation of ferulic acid was good. The linear range was 0.020 72 ~ 0.331 52 μg (r = 0.999 8). The average recoveries were 95.85% (RSD = 1.56%). Conclusion: This method is simple and accurate and can be used to determine the content of ferulic acid in Compound Baizhu tablet.
