利用电子探针、透射电子显微技术,研究了挤压铸造法制备的莫来石(3Al2O3 ·2SiO2 )纤维增强ZL109 合金复合材料的纤维与基体界面。研究中未发现纤维与基体界面有Cu 元素偏聚及其析出相与反应产物,而界面有明显的Mg、Si元素偏聚,并发生Mg+ 2SiO2+ 2Al→MgAl2O4+ 2Si反应,反应产物MgAl2O4 依附纤维形核生长
The fiber-matrix interface of ZL109 alloy composites reinforced by mullite (3Al2O3 · 2SiO2) prepared by squeeze casting method was studied by means of electron probe and transmission electron microscopy.
