目的 :研究人小强荧光细胞超微结构 ;方法 :荧光组化法和透射电镜技术 ;结果 :小强荧光细胞的超微结构与主神经元有较大区别 ,其胞核可见较多异染色质团块 ,胞质中有丰富的线粒体 ,并有大量膜被致密芯小泡 ,直径约为 5 0~ 2 0 0nm。小泡为圆形椭圆形和长杆状 ;结论 :小强荧光细胞胞质中含有的致密芯小泡可能为分泌颗粒
OBJECTIVE: To study the ultrastructure of human small fluorescent cells. Methods: Fluorescence staining and transmission electron microscopy. Results: The ultrastructure of small fluorescent cells was different from that of the main neurons. The nuclei showed more heterochromatin Block, the cytoplasm is rich in mitochondria, and a large number of membrane dense core vesicles, a diameter of about 50 ~ 200nm.
