患者男性,20岁。自幼右足背外侧静脉团状扩张,逐渐沿小腿外侧向上蔓延,现已达右股中段。体检:右足背至股中段外侧浅静脉扩张、迂曲。
Male patient, 20 years old. Since the beginning of the right dorsal lateral venous dilatation, gradually spread along the outer side of the leg, has now reached the middle of the right stock. Physical examination: right foot dorsal to the middle of the lateral superficial vein dilatation, tortuous.
