2013年2月4日,采用中国石化CBL裂解炉技术建设的马来西亚泰坦公司乙烯裂解炉项目(以下简称“泰坦项目”)一次性验收合格并成功投入应用,至此,实现了中国企业出口乙烯裂解技术和成套设备零的突破。泰坦项目自签约以来,中国石化物资装备部(国际事业公司)在科技、工程、施工等单位的支持下,周密规划,切实行动,努力实现了物资的安全供应、及时供应及经济供应,为项目的提前完成和装置的顺利投用提供了保障。物资供应关系到项目目标能否顺利实施和项目经济效益能否得以实现,必须引起高度重视。本文介绍了整个泰坦项目的物资供应实践,总结经验并提出相关建议,希望可以为做好其他海外项目物资供应工作提供借鉴。
On February 4, 2013, Titan’s ethylene cracker project (hereinafter referred to as “Titan Project”), which was constructed with the CBL cracking furnace technology of Sinopec, passed the one-time acceptance test and was put into operation successfully. At this point, it realized that the Chinese enterprises exported ethylene Breakthrough technology and complete sets of equipment zero breakthrough. Since the signing of Titan project, SINOPEC Materials and Equipment Department (International Business Company), with the support of science, technology, engineering and construction, has carefully planned and implemented effective measures to ensure the safe supply of materials, timely supply and economic supply. Completed in advance and the smooth installation of the device provides a guarantee. Material supply related to the project objectives can be successfully implemented and project economic benefits can be achieved, we must attach great importance. This article introduces the material supply practice of the entire Titan project, summarizes the experience and puts forward relevant suggestions in the hope that it can provide reference for the material supply work of other overseas projects.
