本文从提高发动机油的抗氧、抗磨、减摩等性能出发,介绍了三种类型的非硫磷有机钼添加剂在发动机油中的应用。有机钼氨化合物在基础油中不仅具有较好的抗腐蚀性能,而且与多种含硫添加剂具有较好的协同抗磨和减摩性能。环烷酸钼、异辛酸钼与烷基化二苯胺在加压差热扫描量热实验(PDSC)和热油氧化实验(HOOT)中均体现出了较好的协同抗氧效果。钼酸酯化合物不仅与二丁辛基二硫代磷酸锌(ZDTP)和二戊基二硫代氨基甲酸锌(ZTDC)表现出了突出的抗磨协同作用;而且与二苯胺化合物表现出了很好的协同抗氧和沉积物抑制能力。
In this paper, the application of three types of non-phosphorus-phosphorus organic molybdenum additives in engine oil is introduced in order to improve the performance of engine oil such as anti-oxidation, anti-wear and anti-friction.
