微束等离子焊接是近几年发展起来的一项新型焊接工艺。它多用于电子工业、飞机火箭制造业、原子能工业以及仪表与测量设备中的有色金属薄件和超薄件的焊接。与一般氩弧焊相比,具有能量密度高、穿透力强、电弧稳定性好、焊接速度快、热影响区小等优点。故能焊接氩弧焊所不能焊接的工件,并在一定程度上可代替设备、工艺复什的电子束焊接。成都电焊机研究所研制的 LH—30型微束等离子弧焊机,能焊0.1~1.2毫米厚的不锈钢、可伐合金、低合金钢、镍基合金、蒙乃尔合金、钛及其合金、铜及其合金薄板或细丝。
