中性电解液去鳞工艺,包括一套电解除鳞设备一套化学钝化炉。这套中性电解除鳞设备的全部生产工艺如下图。带钢1由驱动辊2支持和传送,通过一浅而平扁的电解液槽,垂直的隔板3将此槽分割为几部分。在每一部分中,钢带的上下面都有电极,钢带在电极间通过。这些电极的极性在各自的部分中进行交变,相邻部分恰恰阴阳极相反,沿槽循环不已。从整流器发出的电流,沿着导线到阴极4并通过电解液到该部分中带阳电的钢带(起阳极作用)
Neutral electrolyte to scale process, including a set of electrolytic descaling equipment a chemical passivation furnace. The neutral electrolytic descaling equipment, the entire production process as shown below. Strip 1 is supported and conveyed by drive roller 2 through a shallow and flat electrolyte bath which divides the trough into sections. In each section, the strip has electrodes on the upper and lower sides and the strip passes between the electrodes. The polarity of these electrodes alternates in their respective sections, with the adjacent sections exactly the opposite of the cathodes and cathodes, endless cycles along the trough. The current from the rectifier flows along the conductor to the cathode 4 and through the electrolyte into the electroplated steel strip (functioning as an anode)
