在船用柴油机研制中连杆强度分析有很重要的意义。连杆的设计和试验必须经过大量计算和实验,采用根据有限元法编制的模拟程序可以减少计算和实验工作量。本文对汉堡技术大学热力装置和船舶机械系及第Ⅱ工程技术系用LUSAS及MSC/NASTRAN有限元程序为某上端分开式连杆所作的强度研究进行了介绍。研究表明,借助现代计算程序,除应力和变形外还可查明连杆分界面处的相对运动及比压情况。计算是在考虑了最高燃烧压力和变化的惯性力载荷情况下进行的。此外还考虑了由连接法兰和连杆盖的螺栓连接以及轴瓦预紧力所引起的载荷。
In the development of marine diesel engine link strength analysis is of great significance. The design and test of the connecting rod must go through a large number of calculations and experiments. The simulation program based on the finite element method can reduce the computational and experimental workload. In this paper, the research on the strength of LUSAS and MSC / NASTRAN finite element program for a high-end, split-type connecting rod made by the Thermal Power Plant and Marine Engineering Department of Hamburg University of Technology and the Ⅱ Engineering Department is introduced. The research shows that, with the help of modern calculation program, besides the stress and deformation, the relative movement and specific pressure at the connecting rod interface can also be ascertained. Calculations are made with the highest combustion pressure and varying inertial force loading taken into account. In addition, the load due to the bolting of the connecting flange and connecting rod cover as well as the preload of the bearing was taken into account.
