目的从理论上计算药物溶液的冰点。方法以KCl溶液为模型,根据物理化学理论模型从浓度计算溶液的冰点值,并将计算结果与用湿度计、冰点仪的测定值和文献报道的冰点值进行比较。结果用物理化学模型计算的冰点值与两种实验方法的测定值及文献值基本一致。结论药物溶液的冰点值可以由物理化学模型通过溶液浓度计算得到。
Objective To theoretically calculate the freezing point of drug solution. Methods The KCl solution was used as a model to calculate the freezing point of solution from the concentration according to the theoretical model of physical chemistry. The calculated results were compared with those measured with a hygrometer and a freezing point instrument and those reported in the literature. Results The freezing point calculated by the physicochemical model was basically consistent with the measured value and the literature value of the two experimental methods. Conclusion The freezing point of the drug solution can be calculated from the solution concentration by the physicochemical model.
