培育适合我国银行业的价值观不仅是社会主义市场经济的客观要求,也是银行业健康稳定可持续发展的现实需要。银行在对价值观进行培育实践过程中,处在尝试摸索的阶段,迫于国内外同行业的激烈竞争和最大化地追求效益和利润的经营目标,银行业价值观培育还存在一些问题。通过对价值观的培育和实践过程的研究,厘清银行业价值观的培育原则,培育程序、思路与实现途径。
To foster the values that suit the banking industry in our country is not only the objective requirement of the socialist market economy, but also the practical need of the banking industry in a healthy, stable and sustainable development. During the process of nurturing values, banks are trying their best to explore the problems. Due to the fierce competition from domestic and foreign counterparts and the pursuit of profit and profit maximization, there are still some problems in the cultivation of banking values. Through the research on the cultivation of values and the practice process, this paper tries to clarify the cultivation principles, nurturing procedures, ideas and ways of realizing the banking values.
