随着我国国民经济建设的不断发展,尤其是渤海油气资源的大力开发,对渤海冰情资料的需求越来越多,越来越细,应用现有手段获得的海冰资料已远远满足不了用户的要求。为了使我国海冰监测技术提高一步,以便将来能实时准确地提供渤海海上冰情资料,适应各行各业的需要,更好地为四化建设服务,1985年2月1日至17日,国家海洋局海洋环境预报中心和海洋技术研究所共同组织了我国首次渤海海冰航空遥感试验。根据我国的冰情,这次试验选用了我国自己研制的多光谱摄影机、彩红外摄影机、慢扫描透射式红外测温仪、机载八毫米成象微波辐射计等配套设备。在全体参加人员的共同努力下,整个试验取得圆满成功,获得了大量的海冰遥感资料和图象。试验结果表明,航空遥感技术在海冰监测中将大有作为,并能发挥越来越大的作用,为广大用户及时提供更丰富、更准确的海上冰情资料。
With the continuous development of national economy in our country, especially the vigorous exploitation of oil and gas resources in the Bohai Sea, there is an increasing demand for the data of the ice conditions in the Bohai Sea, more and more detailed, and sea ice information obtained by existing means is far from satisfied User’s request In order to make China’s sea ice monitoring technology one step forward in order to provide real-time and accurate information on the sea ice in the Bohai Sea in real time, adapt to the needs of all walks of life and better serve the four modernizations, from February 1 to February 17, 1985, Marine Bureau of Ocean Environment Forecasting Center and Institute of Ocean Technology co-organized China’s first remote sensing test of the sea ice in the Bohai Sea. According to our country’s ice conditions, this experiment selected our own developed multi-spectral cameras, color infrared cameras, slow-scan transmission infrared thermometer, airborne 8 mm imaging microwave radiometer and other ancillary equipment. With the joint efforts of all the participants, the entire experiment was successfully completed and a large amount of sea ice data and images were obtained. The test results show that aviation remote sensing technology will do a great job in the monitoring of sea ice and will play an increasingly important role in providing more abundant and accurate maritime ice information to our customers.
