常规采用组合钻具对多层系井位进行的水力压裂增产,目前可通过连续油管进行。在过去的两年中,北关有超过一千次压裂增产施工采用该方法。连续油管可通过在可靠层位打入支撑剂达到对单层、死油气区或边缘地带的增产,可在未压井的条件下对井位进行增产施工。阿巴拉契亚边陆地带的井位,一个井眼存在多个小的产层,连续油管压裂技术可通过减少起下钻、井场上的设备以及下钻时间来达到节约成本的目的。连续油管压裂不需要桥塞且只需下一次钻就可对多个层位进行增产施工。最重要的是因为对每个层位进行了精确的分隔,其压裂的规模可重新设计。
Conventional hydraulic fracturing stimulation of multi-tiered wells using a combination drill is currently carried out by coiled tubing. In the past two years, this method has been adopted for more than one thousand fracturing and stimulation projects in Beiguan. Coiled tubing can be used to increase production at well locations without drilling the well by propping up proppants at a reliable level to increase production in monolayers, dead zones or margins. At the well of the Appalachian Belt, there are multiple small pay zones in a wellbore, and coiled tubing fracturing can achieve cost savings by reducing downhole, wellsite equipment and downhole drilling time . Coiled tubing fracturing does not require bridge plugs and can require additional drilling to increase production at multiple levels. Most importantly, because of the precise separation of each horizon, the scale of fracturing can be redesigned.
