晚期非小细胞肺癌的常规化疗方法常常给患者带来许多不良反应，有时会干扰化疗过程。而氯氧喹这种新的口服抗癌药在控制肿瘤的同时，无不良反应，提高了生活质量。我科从1999年3月至2000年8月对60例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者应用化疗及氯氧喹治疗前后的T细胞亚群的数量进行了检测，
Conventional chemotherapy for advanced non-small cell lung cancer often causes many adverse reactions to patients, sometimes interfering with the chemotherapy process. Chloroquine, a new oral anticancer drug, has no adverse reactions and improves quality of life while controlling tumors. In our department from March 1999 to August 2000, 60 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were examined for the number of T cell subsets before and after chemotherapy and chloroquine treatment.
