职业教育本质上是就业教育,学生就业质量的高低,在一定程度上反映着职业学校的办学质量,也影响着毕业生的人生发展。但中职生受年龄相对小、身心发展不成熟等客观因素的影响,在实际就业过程中会出现种种心理问题,从而影响就业的稳定性。中职生在就业过程中有哪些心理障碍?学校应如何引导?就以上问题进行探讨,以求得解决问题的新方法、新措施。
