3月23日上午,市国资委党委召开中心组学习(扩大)会,传达学习贯彻全国“两会”精神。市政府副秘书长,市国资委党委书记、主任金兴明主持会议并讲话。会议传达了习近平总书记在参加上海代表团审议时的重要讲话精神和市委常委扩大会议精神。金兴明同志对学习贯彻全国“两会”精神提出三点要求:一要认真学习,领会实质,确保思想认识高度统一。要认真学习习近平总书记在参加上海代表团审议时的重要讲话精神,始终保持锐意创新的勇气、敢为人
On the morning of March 23, the Municipal SASAC Party Committee convened a central group to learn (expand) the meeting to convey the study and implementation of the national “two sessions” spirit. Municipal Government Deputy Secretary-General, Municipal SASAC Party committee secretary, director Jin Xingming chaired the meeting and delivered a speech. The meeting conveyed the spirit of the important speech made by General Secretary Xi Jinping while attending the Shanghai delegation’s deliberation and the meeting of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee to enlarge the meeting. Comrade Jin Xingming put forward three requirements for studying and implementing the spirit of “two sessions” throughout the country: First, we must conscientiously study and understand the essence so as to ensure a high degree of unity in our thinking. We must conscientiously study the spirit of the important speech made by General Secretary Xi Jinping during the deliberations in Shanghai delegation and always keep the courage and daring to innovate
