Since 1987, Japan Hokkaido industrial pilot plant and Hokkaido casting industry cooperation, common in the metallization technology will be used for metal bonding research. Nickel-based, add a small amount of carbon, chromium, silicon and other elements of the self-fluxing alloy is sprayed onto another metal blank to form a thin film. When heated above 1000 ° C, a solid layer of alloy is established between the two metals. According to this principle, different metals can be connected as a “cement” by means of a nickel-based self-fluxing alloy. As for the application of steel pipe joint, this is the first time that the plant is applying for a patent on the joining method.
