作为学校管理中一项重要的基础性与保障性工作,后勤管理工作质量的高低直接影响着师生日常的饮食质量与起居环境,其在一定程度上影响着学生身体与心里的健康成长与发展。随着我国教育改革的不断推进与深入,提升后勤管理工作质量对促进学校的健康发展与维护师生的利益具有重要意义。笔者结合自身的工作经验,浅谈自己对新形势下的中小学后勤管理的一些看法,以及中小学后勤管理工作的进一步提高。
As an important basic and safeguarding work in school management, the quality of logistics management directly affects teachers’ and students’ everyday eating quality and living environment, which to a certain extent affects the students’ healthy growth and development in their body and mind . With the continuous promotion and deepening of education reform in our country, improving the quality of logistics management is of great significance to promoting the healthy development of schools and safeguarding the interests of teachers and students. Based on my own work experience, I discuss some of my own views on logistical management of primary and secondary schools in the new situation and the further improvement of logistics management in primary and secondary schools.
