1.用序贯法所测得的半数致死量对数的95％置信度的区间估计经验公式现得到为(原来没有区间估计)其中k为有效剂量之级的个数,C_k值如下n为有效动物数等于20.2.用寇氏法所测得的半数致死量对数的95％置信度的区间估计的经验公式现得到为其中n为每组动物数等于10 H为所用实验动物的组数,C_H值用下表(注:现在普遍采用的公式C_H值=1.96,它与n无关也与组数H无关!):
