（1）滑轮必须经常润滑。 （2）每月进行一次全面检查:①用手转动滑轮,检查滑轮转动是否灵活;②清除轴上润滑油槽中的铁屑及尘土等污物;③检查油孔与轴承间隔套上的油槽是否对准;④滑轮若出现裂纹时必须更换新的,不得焊修;⑤滑轮在腐蚀性场合下工作时,要定期仔细检查。

(2) Conduct a comprehensive inspection every month: ① Turn the pulley by hand to check whether the pulley is flexible; ② Remove iron filings and dust from the lubricating oil groove on the shaft; ③ Check whether the oil groove on the interval between the oil hole and the bearing sleeve is Alignment; ④ pulleys if the cracks must be replaced when the new welding may not repair; ⑤ pulleys work in corrosive occasions, to be carefully checked regularly.
