目的探讨6S管理在药品管理当中的应用,使药品现场管理更加全面细化,为员工创造出一个干净、整洁、舒适、合理的工作场所和空间环境。结果通过6S管理的推广,使工作场所经常保持干净整洁,药品摆放有条不紊,一目了然,能最大程度提高工作效率和员工士气。结论主管领导和员工在日常工作中有据可依,有章可循,清楚自己做什么和怎样做。对药品管理向规范化、科学化管理具有积极的推动作用。 Objective To explore the application of 6S management in drug administration, to make the on-site management of medicines more comprehensive and detailed and to create a clean, tidy, comfortable and reasonable workplace and space environment for employees.
