众所周知,在教学这一双边活动中,老师是主导,学生是主体。学生主体作用体现与否是我们评价一节课优劣成败的一个重要依据。然而美术教学,因其学科的特殊性,即人们平时讲的是“技术活”。故在教学中往往不少老师采用的是由老师唱主角的办法:讲理论,古今中外、由点到面一点不漏;讲技巧,黑板报演示,个别辅导,一丝不苟。其认真程度不言而喻,但实际收效却不大。原因何在?喧宾夺主,没有发挥学生的主体作用。

Its seriousness is self-evident, but its actual effectiveness is not great. The reason why? Overreaching, did not play the main role of the students.
