根据冶金部(82) 冶基字第1660号文的通知,由冶金部矿山司、有色总局、基建局、黄金局和铜陵有色金属公司主持,于一九八二年十一月十日至十二日在安徽省铜陵召开了《冶金矿山尾矿设施管理规程》审查会议。参加会议的有省(区) 冶金厅(局) 和黑色、有色、黄金系统的矿山公司、矿务局、厂矿企业及设计研究院等51个单位,90名同志。与会同志一致认为,在当前普遍对尾矿设施的重要性与复杂性认识不足,科学管理水平较低,存在问
According to the notice of the Ministry of Metallurgy (82) Ye Zi Zi No. 1660, it was chaired by the Mining Division of the Ministry of Metallurgy, the General Administration of Construction, the Infrastructure Bureau, the Gold Bureau, and the Tongling Nonferrous Metals Corporation, from November 10 to November 20, 1982. On the 2nd, a review meeting of the “Management Regulations for Metallurgical Mine Tailing Facilities” was held in Tongling, Anhui Province. Attending the meeting were 51 units of provincial (district) metallurgical department (bureau) and black, nonferrous metals, gold mining companies, mining bureaus, factories and mines, design and research institutes, and 90 comrades. Comrades at the conference unanimously agreed that there is insufficient understanding of the importance and complexity of the tailings facilities, and the scientific management level is low.
