挖掘机转台齿圈的连接螺栓由于动载荷作用,使螺纹与支承面产生微小的相对位移,摩擦系数由较高的静态值变为低的动态值,作用在螺纹上的轴向力在圆周上形成一个导致螺栓或螺母松脱的力,经多次循环后而松脱。我厂原结构(附图a)是滚道上圈与主平台用22只M20螺栓连接,下部滚道下圈与齿圈座采用均匀分布的20只M20的螺栓连接。使用中经常出现螺栓松动或扭断现象。我厂曾采用尼龙防松螺母、密封胶、铁丝等紧固,效果不大。
