政策2013年2月工信部、国家发改委、环保部联合发布《关于开展工业产品生态设计的指导意见》(工信部联节[2013]58号)《意见》指出,生态设计是按照全生命周期的理念,在产品设计开发阶段系统考虑原材料选用、生产、销售、使用、回收、处理等各个环节对资源环境造成的影响,力求产品在全生命周期中最大限度降低资源消耗、尽可能少用或不用含有毒有害物质的原材料,减少污染物产生和排放,从而实现环境保护的活动。
Policy In February 2013, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, National Development and Reform Commission and Ministry of Environmental Protection jointly issued the Guiding Opinions on Carrying Out Ecological Design of Industrial Products (MIIT Lianjie [2013] No. 58). The Opinions pointed out that ecological design is based on the concept of whole life cycle, At the stage of product design and development, the system shall consider systematically the impact of various links such as the selection, production, sale, use, recovery and disposal of raw materials on the resources and environment, and strive to minimize the consumption of resources throughout the life cycle, minimize or eliminate the use of toxic Hazardous substances of raw materials, reduce pollutant production and emissions, in order to achieve environmental protection activities.
