上海市统计学会自1980年成立以来,已近二十年了.回顾它的建立与发展过程,正是在邓小平理论和党的十一届三中全会路线、方针指引下,不断解放思想,探索前进的过程.近年来,在上海社联、中国统计学会、上海市统计局的领导和支持下,依靠广大会员的共同努力,取得了一定成绩,曾先后被中国统计学会和上海社联授予先进学会和优秀学会的荣誉称号,但是按照形势发展要求和广大会员的希望,还有不少差距.尤其是在我国改革的攻坚阶段和发展的关键时期,面临许多新情况和新问题,如何面对这个新的形势,作出新的贡献,这就需要进一步解放思想,提高认识,认真总结十多年来的工作实践,发
