载脂蛋白B编辑催化多肽-1(Apobec-1)是催化ApoB mRNA编辑的编辑酶复合物的主要催化成份,对它的研究有助于对mRNA编辑的理解。本文综述了近年来国外有关Apobec-1的最新研究进展,对Apobec-1的蛋白质结构与编码基因、功能与表达调控等作了较全面的介绍。
Apobec-1 is a major catalytic component of the editing enzyme complex that catalyzes the editing of ApoB mRNAs and its contribution to the understanding of mRNA editing. This review summarizes the latest research progress of Apobec-1 in foreign countries in recent years and gives a more comprehensive introduction of Apobec-1 protein structure and gene encoding, function and expression regulation.
