世界经济逐渐融合,区域经济蓬勃发展,但近年来全球性金融危机、债务危机以及社会冲突、恐怖事件、贸易摩擦等频繁发生,中国企业的海外坏账率一直居高不下。随着我国企业的逐步国际化,企业所面临的金融风险也越来越具有国际化的特征。因此,通过适当的方式进行避险就显得特别重要。本文介绍了国际常见的避险工具,并给国际化企业提出了一些建议。
With the gradual integration of the world economy and the vigorous development of the regional economy, the global financial crisis, the debt crisis and social conflicts, terrorist incidents and trade frictions have been frequent occurrences in recent years. The overseas bad debt ratio of Chinese enterprises has remained high. With the gradual internationalization of our country’s enterprises, the financial risks faced by the enterprises are also more and more internationalized. Therefore, hedging in a proper way is of particular importance. This article introduces common international hedging tools, and gives some suggestions for international enterprises.
