(一)省委大力发展生铁生产的指示下达以后,各地区正在采取各种措施組織生铁生产的大跃进,各地提出的生产指标,大大超过了省里原定的生产任务。这是很好的。但是,随着国民經济的不断发展,生铁的需要也发生了新的变化,国家調出任务增加了10万吨,省內发展煉鋼生产下半年約需20至40万吨,与外省协作交換需要的生铁也比原来的预計数大大增加,此外对重点工程和缺鉄省的支援,煉鋼設备的增产等等,都需要增撥
