经济发展是实现社会稳定的基本前提。今年以来,我区贯彻了治理整顿方针,经济形势起了什么变化?存在哪些问题?正向着什么方向发展?这些,在全区上下正引起越来越多人们的议论和关心。陈庆勇在《在紧缩中实现国民经济持续增长》一文,为我们分析了1～9月全区经济发展的情况。面对成绩和问题并存的形势,盲目乐观并不足取,妄自菲薄更无必要,各级领导只有保持清醒的头脑,树立发展的眼光,运用适当的方法,带领全区各族群众艰苦奋斗,就一定能促使国民经济在调整中继续稳定协调地向前发展。
